MONIQUE DIAZ
Office Assistant
Monique Diaz is a psychology major with a strong passion for the performing arts and storytelling. She thrives in complex, dramatic roles, most notably playing the Baroness in her Cruella themed choir set in her senior year of high school. Outside of performance, Monique loves literature, especially The Secret History, which reflects her interest in layered narratives and human behavior. Dance plays a central role in her life, and she hopes to one day teach it, sharing her creativity and love of movement with others. Monique is incredibly excited to join the Stagelight team and looks forward to collaborating with the team!

I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, reading, and watching movies

1. I have had a Disney Pass for most of my life.
2. I am currently pursuing 3 degrees in community college.
3. I have had a total of 13 dogs in my life!
Why did you choose to pursue a career in your field?
Psychology has always piqued my interest, since the field of study dives deep into human behavior. Through psychology I am able to better understand myself and others, which is great. Psychology can also be connected to practically anything in our lives.
If you weren’t working at Stagelight, what other job could you see yourself pursuing?
I would be a Child Psychologist or an Author!
What’s your favorite musical, movie, and/or show?
My favorite movies are Lilo & Stitch, The Great Gatsby, and my favorite musical is Hairspray!
