Madeline Reynolds is a Southern California soprano whose versatility and musicianship allow her to thrive on stage and in the studio. She graduated with her Bachelor of Music in vocal performance from Azusa Pacific University in 2020 and her Master of Music in vocal performance from University of California, Los Angeles in 2023. She teaches voice lessons at Stagelight, Mt. SAC, and West Covina High School. She is also the director of the 4th-6th grade choir with the Long Beach Youth Chorus.

What do you love most about your job?

I love watching when a student feels something “click!”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I love to hike, go to the beach, and cook for my friends and family!

What are 3 fun facts about you?

As a member of SAG-Aftra, I’ve been lucky to sing on films such as “Trolls: World Tour,” “Super Mario Galaxy,” and “Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender.” I’ve also been on tour with the band “Thee Sacred Souls,” and on the “Avatar: the Last Airbender” 20th Anniversary live orchestra-to-film tour.

Why did you choose to pursue a career in your field?

I love music more than anything else!

If you weren’t a teacher, what other job could you see yourself pursuing?

If I weren’t a teacher, I’d be a hairdresser!

What’s your favorite musical, movie, and/or show?

My favorite musical is Hairspray.
