It’s another Throwback Thursday, and this time, we’re featuring our very FIRST Stagelighter, Bonnie QB! She and her family literally helped BUILD both of our studio locations. Currently a junior in high school, Bonnie’s passions are dance, choreography, and choir. She ultimately wants to be a professional dancer, choreographer, and dance teacher. Her favorite Stagelight memories are taking our Teen Rotation class when we first opened (focusing on a different discipline every week), filming the Martin Luther King, Jr. tap dance, and performing a solo in one of our Summer Showcases. Her dream role is any character in “A Chorus Line.” Bonnie, it has been a true honor watching you grow as a young lady and as a performer, and we couldn’t be more proud of you!
Throwback Thursday: Amira N.
Today’s Throwback Thursday features Amira N.! Amira is currently a 6th grader and loves dance and art. Her favorite Stagelight memory is performing in our very first Holiday Showcase in her tap routine, “Mele Kalikimaka,” at the Brea Community Center. Her dream role is a dancer/ensemble member in “Hamilton.” When Amira grows up, she wants to be a lawyer. Amira, we are so proud of you and love having you as a Stagelighter!
Throwback Thursday: Kyle M.
Kyle is one of our original Stagelighters! He joined us the first year we opened and is now in 5th grade. He loves performing, taking class at Stagelight, playing video games, building LEGOs, and playing soccer. When he grows up, he hopes to be a professional actor. Kyle’s favorite Stagelight memory is when he played the Lion in Ms. Lindsey’s Make Believe Acting Class when he was five years old. We have loved watching you grow, Kyle!
