Holiday Showcase Tickets

If your child is a Triple Threat (enrolled in 3+ classes), you should have received an email last week with a link to purchase tickets.

General sale begins on Wednesday, November 8th. On that day, head to our website to purchase the best seats for your child’s show(s)! Please note that each show is cast-specific, so be sure to double check your child’s cast(s) through the Portal before purchasing tickets. All tickets are $15 each and non-refundable.

To help ensure each Stagelight family has a chance to see their performer onstage, we are limiting purchases to 6 tickets per performer, per show. Tickets are not guaranteed and will sell out, so be sure to purchase them early.

Thanksgiving & Winter Break Closures

Please take note of our upcoming studio closures. We are not holding class on any of the following days:

• Thanksgiving week: Monday, November 20th – Saturday, November 25th
• Winter break: Monday, December 25th – Saturday, January 6th

Please note, all active enrollments automatically continue after our Holiday Showcase & winter break, through June 2023, unless specifically dropped through the Customer Portal.

Volunteers for Holiday Showcase – A great way to see the show without buying a ticket!

We are still in need of quite a few volunteers for our Holiday Showcase performances. Please consider helping us in one or more of our shows. Putting on a show of this size requires the help from our amazing parents and caretakers. If you’d like to help us, please head to our Sign Up Genius.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Spirit Week for Stagelight’s 10th Birthday + BRAND NEW MERCH!

We’re turning 10 years old on November 15th! To celebrate our birthday, come to class on Monday, November 13th – Saturday, November 18th wearing any of our favorite colors: purple, pink, gray, black, and white or wear any of our Stagelight merch! We can’t wait to dance with you in style!

If you’re looking for some stylish new dance class outfits, we’ve got you covered! We have some BRAND NEW merch that you and your Stagelighter will LOVE! Check out our brand new items HERE!

Costume Distribution Week: Monday, November 27th – Saturday, December 2nd*

• We’ll be wrapping up our routines, staging formations, and DISTRIBUTING COSTUMES! Please wear your underdressings to class so we can try on costumes quickly.
  • Girls should wear skin-tone tights & leotards (pink tights for Ballet routines only)
  • Boys should wear basketball shorts and T-shirts
•  All students take their costumes home

Dress Rehearsal Week: Saturday, December 2nd* – Friday, December 8th

• We are holding dress rehearsals during class. It’s their last chance to perfect their routines before the big performance! Make sure your performer comes to class performance-ready, with their costume and hair & makeup done. Please check the Holiday Showcase spreadsheet for details about hair & makeup.

*Please note, all Saturday classes have a combined costume distribution AND dress rehearsal day on Saturday, December 2nd.

“Merry, Bright Stagelight” Holiday Showcase at Valencia High School: Friday, December 9th & Saturday, December 10th

• The time has come for our Holiday Showcase! Performers’ call times are 1.5 hours prior to showtime. Please arrive promptly to Valencia High School for check-in and on-stage rehearsals. Doors will open 30 minutes before showtime. As a reminder, call times & show times for each cast are listed below:
  • GREEN CAST – Saturday, December 9th; 11:00am performer call time; 12:30pm show time
  • RED CAST – Saturday, December 9th; 3:30pm performer call time; 5:00pm show time
  • SILVER CAST – Sunday, December 10th; 2:30pm performer call time; 4:00pm show time
