Josiah started his dance journey 14 years ago with the classic bedroom beginning, practicing for hours to lear the techniques he saw online. Soon after he was able to dance with competitive dance teams such as Phresh Movement Dance Crew in Visalia and Prime.D in Fullerton. In these spaces he got experience in cyphers and battles and got a taste of the competitive hip-hop community. Josiah has also furthered his dance training in the dance programs of Irvine Valley College, Orange Coast College, and California State University Fullerton where he earned his BA in Dance, learning from teachers with professional backgrounds and collaborating with working professionals in a more academic setting. Josiah now uses his experience to train young Hip Hop dancers at To The Pointe Dance Productions in Chino and Stagelight Performing Arts in Brea.
