Élan Alekzander, born in Laguna Hills, CA, has danced throughout the west and east coasts of the United States. Ms. Alekzander has received numerous nominations, scholarships and awards including Youth America Grand Prix Regional 1st Place Classical Dance Award, Lester Horton Award Nomination, Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts First Place Dance Scholarship Award, and the National Foundation for Advancement of the Arts Merit Scholarship Award. Ms. Alekzander’s training has included School of American Ballet [New York City Ballet], American Ballet Theatre, and Anaheim Ballet where she is currently a principal dancer. Ms. Alekzander has appeared in principal roles in George Balanchine’s Serenade, as Kitri in Don Quixote, Tatiana in Midsummer Night’s Dream, Sugarplum Fairy in The Nutcracker, among other roles. She has also appeared on live television in events with Disney Corporation, as well as television, print, and videos alongside such luminaries as Brittney Spears, Drew Carey, and Dave Navarro.
