Mr. Alberto has been teaching dance for over 20 years in various studio, school programs,
parks and recreation programs and high schools across southern California. He has worked
with competition groups and set choreography for many stage performances. Mr. Alberto has
been trained in ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary and hip hop all of which he has implemented in
his teachings. Alberto has attended and performed for many college dance programs as a
student and guest performer these include Orange Coast College, Cerritos College, El Camino
College and Los Angeles Trade Tech. While attending college Alberto was furthering his dance
education at various professional studios in the Los Angeles area that include; Edge Performing
Arts Center, Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio, Moro Landis Dance Studio (also known as
Millennium Dance Complex) and Pasadena Civic Ballet. Alberto has worked with Black Eyed
Peas, Redfoo and Weezer and has performed on stage alongside The Los Angeles
Philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl, National Folkloric Ballet of Spain at the Dorothy Chandler
Pavilion and California Philharmonic just to name a few. It wasn’t long before Alberto also found
his passion for teaching and venture out to work with many students ranging in ages from 3
years old to adults. Mr. Alberto continues to further his dance education in hopes to motivate
and bring new methods of dance training to his students.
